- You have an open-enrollment window starting on your birthday and ending 30 days after.
- During this time, you can switch to a plan with equal or lesser benefits.
- No medical underwriting is required.
Virginia Residents
- You have an open-enrollment window starting on your birthday and ending 60 days after.
- You may switch to a plan with equal benefits during this time.
- No medical underwriting is required.
