CareFirst Blue Rewards

Participate in CareFirst’s Blue Rewards: Both you and your spouse can each earn up to a total of $400 annually in incentives by completing one or all of the following activities:

  • Complete a health assessment and opt-in to wellness emails to earn $50
  • Select a primary care provider (PCP) and complete a health screening with your PCP or at a CVS MinuteClinic to earn $100
  • Complete Flex earnings activities to earn $200. Earn rewards by participating in one or more of the following programs: Health Coaching, Unwinding, SmartDollar, Challenges, Craving to Quit, Ovia
  • Update your health assessment at least 90 days after your initial assessment and before the end of the benefit period to earn $50

Complete your health assessment and PCP health screening within 180 days of your effective date. Rewards are paid to your CareFirst Blue Rewards Visa® incentive card.
