Whether you are looking for a primary care provider, specialist or medical facility that accepts your health care insurance, our directory will help you find the providers you are looking for, within your specific criteria.

Note: Pharmacy, Dental and other benefits not listed in the online directory are not provided by CareFirst. Please contact your Employee Benefits Coordinator for help.

Select your Doctor

To select or change your PCP:

• Log onto My Account.
• If you have not registered, click "Register Now" to register and select your User ID and Password.
• Click "Select Your PCP" or "Change Your PCP."
• Search the Directory for your new PCP. Your search will only show providers who are accepting
  new patients.
• Click the "Select" button besides the provider's listing and complete the PCP Change Request form.
