New Associate Orientation takes place at the CareFirst Canton Crossing office: 1501 S. Clinton Street, Baltimore, MD, 21224




Please park in the paved parking lot directly across from the building on South Clinton Street. Upon entering the parking lot, take a ticket from the entry machine and please be sure to bring it inside with you so it can be validated.

West Virginia Associates:

New Associate Orientation takes place in the CASCI building:

Please park in the Town Center Mall garage directly across from the CASCI building on Quarrier Street. The daily rate is $1.75. Parking is assigned and limited on our CASCI Facility Parking Lot. A wait list is established for those new employees who wish to eventually park on the CASCI Facility Lot. As a courtesy, CASCI offers free monthly parking at the Town Center Mall. If you’re interested in this parking option, you are required to bring the following on your first day of orientation:

  • A cash only deposit of $10.00. (No checks, debit or credit cards are accepted)
  • The vehicle license plate number / make / model / description, that will be parked in the Town Center Mall garage
