With our vision plan, you get:

• Participation of major retailers — including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Sears, Pearle Vision, JCPenney, Target and Visionworks
• Out-of-network options — staying in-network gives you the best benefit, but our plan does offer an out-of-network allowance as well
