Search our directory to see if your doctors are part of our network. You can search for a medical or vision provider by last name. Or, search for a specific type of provider within a specified distance. In addition to doctors, use this tool to search healthcare facilities, like hospitals, urgent care and labs.

CloseKnit Virtual Care
If you're feeling sick and not up to a trip to the doctor's office, get the urgent care you need with our virtual-first practice, CloseKnit. Connect with board-certified providers 24/7/365 through your smartphone or computer from the comfort of home with no appointment needed.
CloseKnit currently offers:
