- You only receive care inside the CareFirst service area (D.C., MD and Northern Virginia).
- You’re looking for great coverage with lower out-of-pocket expenses.
- Members must select a PCP from our large BlueChoice network.
- Emergency services are covered out of the plan network.
- If you have a college student living out of state, they may be covered by the Away from Home care program.

Maryland, District of Columbia, the cities of Alexandria and Fairfax, the town of Vienna, Arlington County, the areas of Fairfax and Prince William Counties in Virginia lying east of Route 123.
This area is outside the
