Sales/Broker Hotline Installed for the Member Services Department of FreeState Health Plan
In an effort to allow you to better serve your clients, we have installed a new toll-free Sales/Broker Hotline telephone number. This line is set-up solely for brokers to call and work through member service issues that their clients are having with the FreeState Health Plan. The new toll-free number, which is operational from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is 1-800-793-9430 or locally at 410-654-8679.
