What: All employees who complete their Annual Preventive Medical exam will be entered into prize drawings:
Monthly $50 gift card drawings at all locations, Annual $250 gift card drawings at all locations, $1,200 year end company wide gift card prize drawings!*
*Associates must be active at the time of the prize drawing to win the award.
